"The hotel is a bit far from the city, but the peaceful location surrounded by fields and fresh air makes it worth the trip. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion is to call ahead and confirm lunch or dinner availability. During my stay, the restaurant was closed whenever I wanted dinner, so I had to go elsewhere for food at night. Also, note that the drinks in the room's refrigerator are part of the minibar and are chargeable. I wasn't aware of this, and since they were already in the fridge, I assumed they were complimentary. Clearer information would be helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"Our stay at Bambootel Sawah View was truly unforgettable. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail adding to the peaceful and unique feel of the property. It is one of those rare places that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to its surroundings. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The food and drinks were also excellent. Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making each meal feel like part of the overall experience. Bambootel Sawah View is such a special and unique property. From the setting to the design to the hospitality, it stands out in every way. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already wishing we could return. "This hotel is nestled in the Ubud Jungle. The property is beautiful and spacious. A real hidden gem. Personally, what made my stay memorable where the staff. They're attentive, kind, overall the best in hospitality. I'd happily return any chance I'd get. Perfect location for someone looking to escape the crowds. There are amazing waterfall tours you can take in Ubud. Keep in mind, Ubud is around 2hrs away from the airport with traffic but worth the stay."

"My wife and I was very tired from the flight to there after 15 to 16 hours. The staff was amazing, they offer to wash our Feet's, very surprised and refreshing after a goodnight rest, we started our journey and exploration on our honeymoon. We personally want to recognize Sri who was so sweet and diligent for whatever our needs were, she gave good directions to explore areas in Bali. She suggested good restaurants to attend. The staffs all are very helpful and kind, friendly people. Sri even have us to plant a tree a memorable event to return to see it's growth. We even met the manager on site a kind and friendly individual. This is diffinately return visit to Bali."

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If you are looking for something off the beaten track, with peace, tranquillity, and amazing Balinese hospitality, this is your place. I stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very well appointed, full of light and sunshine, and overlooking the jungle trees and nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my every request. I even enjoyed a beautiful floating breakfast in my private pool, which made the experience feel extra special. The food was delicious, and the views of Mount Batur were absolutely stunning. I also used the spa for a Balinese massage, and it was pure bliss. It was so refreshing to enjoy such a serene atmosphere with no crowds of tourists, yet still be within easy reach of Ubud and Kintamani. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to be back again!"
