The hotel really is a hidden gem in Bali and such a perfect escape if you’re looking for peace and a wellness focused stay. The villas are beautiful and incredibly picturesque, surrounded by nature and so quiet. We booked a couples massage and had dinner and breakfast at the resort, and everything was excellent. The food, the atmosphere and the level of care from the staff all stood out. A huge thank you to Degung and the entire team, who were so attentive, warm and thorough throughout our stay. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. I vlogged the whole experience and can’t wait to share it. We will definitely be back. It is the kind of place you do not want to leave and immediately start planning your return to."

"It's a very atmospheric place, and I don't regret staying there overnight. I can recommend it, but understand that this is a house in the countryside and there might be small insects in the room. The grounds are excellent, green and beautiful, with two parking lots, but they're small. The restaurant is tasty and fast. The specialty is the average portions. Breakfast is okay. The rooms are nice, plenty of space, and the toilets are decent. There were a few complaints about the bathroom. Cons: average soundproofing, creaky beds. Small insects are possible, but there are remedies for them. Perhaps the main issue is the very loud sound of cicadas, really loud and impossible to do anything about. They quiet down around midnight. There is a pool in the room, but the water is cold (for me)."
