Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The host called when we got there and cancelled because he double booked a guest through another sit

Host was trying to charge extra for each person after me but the listing says you can have 12 people stay. I'd like a full refund or i will take it up with the bank.
