The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Gölcük Tabiat Parkı (also recommended) and the taxi driver also did everything to make our visit to the Park great. "Reception situation not great. It looks a little tatty and you have to phone the receptionist if they are not there at booking in time. Noisy at night when people come upstairs. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Breakfast area lovely but could have done with a selection of fruit and perhaps cooked-to-order eggs. Having a toaster was excellent. All in all great value."

"As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."

"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel...
