"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either. None of this was told to us before we arrived. After complaining to Expedia they said nothing could be done and the hotel...

"We only stayed one night, but the experience was so good we could imagine staying over a longer period. The reception was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very nice size and very clean. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Gölcük Tabiat Parkı (also recommended) and the taxi driver also did everything to make our visit to the Park great. "The snow conditions were the best we have had on our previous visit. But I think its time the equipment was updated for the skiing, as several of the boots are unservisable and asking people to use broken pieces of equipment isn't good enough and dangerous."
