"The house was more than perfect for just the 2 of us and would have easily been comfy for a whole family. Communication with our host, Ross, was wonderful. The king size bed was comfy with very nice linens, the bathroom had great hot water pressure for a nice hot shower, washer and dryer was great sonwe didn't have to bring home any dirty clothes and we even washed all the towels and linens before we left, fridge had an ice maker and water dispenser that worked great, as so many other rentals I've stayed at recently did not have working water or ice dispensers. It was convenient to all the local spots, pizza, bodega, grocery stores, Jones Beach. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was located exactly where I needed it to be. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator worked well. The only thing that I was not crazy about was that there were now curtains on the kitchen windows. This would not normally be a problem except for the fact that the bathroom door was also in the kitchen. Making it necessary to cover up very well when leaving the bathroom after a shower in front of 2 windows. Other than a slow drain in the bathroom sink I had no other complaints. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wedding in Bay Shore, and this was a very central location to all the areas we were going to be around. Everywhere we needed to be was within a 3 mile radius from our stay, and the beaches were no more than 10 miles. Beautiful town with good places to shop and eat. The place itself was quite small. We’re from the Southwest so we did not know what to expect. Seems like the area is pretty expensive so places in this range are hard to come by. We just needed a place to rest and recover during our trip I’d say it was just perfect for our needs! I would’ve enjoyed having just a couple of extra towels, and some real kitchen towels to dry your hands. The AC really blasts, so that’s nice! The water filter in the fridge would make me feel better if it didn’t need to be changed out and there was just a little dust on the ceiling fan. I enjoyed that there was complimentary soap and shampoo in shower and a real sized fridge for leftovers. Good storage in closet and drawer chest for your stuff."
