Park and no need for the car again. This relaxing beach oasis will truly give you the Lowcountry beach experience you're looking for. Located on Isle of Palms and steps away from the nearest beach access. Walk to the grocery store or take a short walk down the beach to several restaurants & beachfront bars offering local live music and great food. Tired of the beach, no problem. Simply walk to the community pool and tennis/pickleball court or chill at home in this comfortable Saltwater Oasis!

This home was totally remodeled in March of 2022. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area and eat-in bar, an eat-in kitchen with island, and a comfortable family room. There is a front sun deck and a screen porch (with bedswing) for relaxing with a large back porch for eating dinner outside and chilling. There is a full size washer and dryer as well. The home is fully stocked with the basic essentials such as dishes, towels, soap, and shampoo. The backyard has more seating and a cozy firepit and climbing tree overlooking a lagoon.

This drive-under home offers a car port for three cars as well as additional room on side-by-side parking. Once here, the beach, stores, restaurants are all within walking distance.

Renovated back to drywall, the home has all new fixtures, appliances, and furniture. It includes new TVs with YouTube TV and all streaming options that you enjoy at home - bring your Firestick with all your accounts. Gear includes beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler as well as a backyard firepit area, swings, a cornhole game and beer pong.

Everything we wanted!

We loved our stay here! The house had it all. Access to a pool, short walk to the beach, nice outdoor space, and all the gear we needed. Can’t wait to come back one day!

Perfect girl's trip

Perfect for us 6 girls for the bridge run! Excellent home with everything we needed! Short walk to the beach with beach chairs and towels provided! House was as described but even better. We were ALL pleased with our stay! Can't wait to come stay again!

Oasis is the perfect name

This property, location, and neighborhood are nothing less than perfect. The house is lovely, all of the little details are wonderfully appreciated. The porch swing was blissful with a nice nighttime breeze. There are multiple USB plugs in each room, labeled light switch’s, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, the smart TVs, comfortable towels, great beach equipment and wagon. Walked to breakfast and coffee shops daily as well as Harris Teeter. Great restaurants are really close too. The house is nice and close to the beach through the neighborhood. Never have we seen such respectful neighbors in a neighborhood, no car ever drove over 10mph, everyone was cheerful and welcoming. The community pool was clean and very well kept, a nice break from the beach for a day with two small kids. The host was fantastic and welcoming, making sure we had additional detail, not just if the house but also the area including shops, restaurants and local to-dos. The check in steps were simple, the check out steps also very clear and simple. We had one simple question we asked during our stay and Kevin responded immediately. Truly effortless and wonderful for an also great price.
