"It seemed that the fan on the heater was extremely loud and would make a horrible noise through the night."

"Bed sheets would not stay on. Beds had sand on them. Cleaning staff did not replace towels. Night check-in person was curt. Morning person was nice. Parking facilities are for small vehicles and cost $10 per day. Facilities need help. Shower needed regrouted and new tile. The lights right outside the window were as the sun during the day and all they had to keep it out were cheap blinds that we had to hang towels over. It still felt like mid morning shining through when it was 2am. They put us next to the electrical room for the elevator even though there were lots of other rooms. Every time the elevator moved, my pillow vibrated and whirred. The heater sounded like it was going to blow up every time it cycled. And of course we prepaid for the hotel, something I NEVER do because things like this happen sometimes, especially when you book third party. And breakfast consists of pancakes, boiled eggs, yoplait yogurt and stale bagels. Unfortunately they kept putting the cream cheese packets in a basket outside the refrigerator even though they clearly say keep refrigerated. Breakfast is 2 hours long and believe me, those bagels weren’t moving. The cream cheese packets were starting to spoil on the bottom. They did vacuum, unfortunately it was at 6am. The WiFi never showed up even though we were 20 ft from the office. Within walking distance of some great restaurants, and there is a great view of the ocean from the back of the hotel. The beach is very clean and is easy to walk to."

"This is a perfect place for a couple or a couple with a kid or two to visit. Clean nice place with large bed in master and queen pull out couch bed. It’s in a super safe area right across from police dept and pet friendly condo. It’s right across from the beach so you walk out cross the road and you’re on the beach. Walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. We will be back. Thank you "

"The Sea cabins looks to be some of the oldest condos on the island. This condo has had some updates done, kitchen cabinets, counter tops and floors. The outside door had light all the way around it- made it very drafty. The bedroom TV would not come on, door handle trim pieces were loose, paint chipping from ceiling, light covers not large enough to hide the hole behind them, toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Yes these are all cosmetic that can be taken care of with some more TLC. I draw the line at cleanliness, there looked to be mold on the vents and we pulled a blanket off one of the single beds to use while we were on the couch, unfolded the blanket and there was a used band aid stuck to the blanket. There will always be some things when renting a STR but with this many items in one stay, they need to be addressed- my wife and I will not be staying here again. "

"This rental is listed as a vintage vibe home stuck in the 1970s. It is definitely stuck in the 70s for sure because it has not been kept up with. I read the disclaimer from the owner about not having the amenities like the homes surrounding it, but this is a dilapidated house inside and out. A part of the roof was missing, unkept landscaping, trash and stuff just strewn all over. Rooms that didn't make sense, doors to nowhere. It is a little short on dishes and coffee cups, no cutting board, the countertop was worn out concrete, roach traps all throughout the kitchen, but when the roaches and/or water bugs were constantly being seen, we had enough. My dog wouldn't step foot in the kitchen, he was freaked out about the place. We left after 3 days. It was a nice location to the beach but I'd call this the Addams family house, just creepy. I will not stay here again, EVER!! I'm sorry to the owners, but I think some updates to the place would be very much warranted."
