Welcome to your 2 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and easygoing upstairs condo just a short walk to the beach. This is a great fit for families or small groups looking for a relaxed stay with a little extra character and some really nice sunset views at the end of the day.
Being on the upper level brings in great natural light, and you will catch those classic Lowcountry sunsets right from your own space. Inside, the coastal style is simple, fun, and comfortable, the kind of place where you can kick off your shoes and settle in right away.
The living area looks out over the pool, which makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying the comfort of the AC inside. It is a small thing, but one families really appreciate.
This unit has a unique split level layout, with a few steps leading up to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is part of the history of the building and gives the space a little extra character you do not find in newer places. Just something to keep in mind as you get familiar with the layout.

Wonderful property..super clean , the property was well stocked for anything you would need. 5 filledice trays..clise to restaurants. restaurants and beaches...cant wait for our next trip.
We had a great stay. The residence was in an ideal location, and parking was ample. The only complaint we had was that there was no pizza cutter in the kitchen. Lol. I’d say that we would definitely stay here again!
Great little condo! We loved the location to the beach and downtown area. Condo had everything we needed. It was a little tight but very manageable. We would definitely stay again!
The place was so nice and convenient to everything thereon Isle of Palms. Had a front row seat for the July4 fireworks by sitting in our beach chairs in lawn out front ofthe place.
Property was as advertised. Great location for beach access and seeing Charleson sites.

Enjoyed our stay the week after Easter. Communication was exceptional. Great value on a place very close to the beach. Nice granite counter tops, overall a well taken care of property, with amazing support by the property manager. Will stay again.
This unit was very clean and comfortable, and the manager has thought of everything to make the stay seamless! She included many special touches to make us feel very welcome! The short walk to the beach was a big plus too. Very nice rental!

Expectations Met, Over and Beyond!
As my husband and I had never, in 41 years of marriage, traveled with a pet I had no idea what to expect of a pet friendly condo. As it turned out, our unit at Ocean Inn was perfect for "the three of us!" Unit 201 was clean beachy cute, and well stocked. As other reviews stated, I had no reminders that other pets had stayed before us! No fur, no odors....
Also, as others have stated, Beth, the property manager is pretty amazing. She was on property occasionally, overseeing a remodel, making sure all our needs were met. For us, she made recommendations, loaned me her raincoat! (Unasked), and mailed my walking shoes back to me that were hiding in a closet! (Thank you!)
We hope to return to Isle of Palms soon, and this unit would suit the 3 of us just fine!
I was traveling with my 3 children for a Charleston vacation. My kids are ages 15, 14 and 5. I have learned that we fare better with access to a kitchen and have separate spaces. This was the perfect amount of space for us.
I wish I could say we took advantage of all the amenities the property offered, but by a weird fluke, the weather was not cooperative. However, it was a perfect stay because anything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute or less drive! My best friend was about 30 minutes north…. Charleston 20 minutes, a few of the plantation/gardens were right at 30 minutes.
The beach was a very quick and easy walk with many restaurants and snack places all around.
This unit doesn’t have much of a view, but we were busy being out and about!
The unit was clean and I loved the added luggage racks in both closets. I also liked the fact that there was a laundry basket in the unit.

Nice place for the money, maybe wish we would have splurged on our stay.
This is a tough place to review for me. It's one of those places that is nice (enough) and clean (enough). The price is great! Other condos that I found in the area are much more expensive and further from the beach.
We had a problem with our a/c not working and Beth (the property manager) got it fixed right away.. She really is great!
Things that we liked:
-the walk to the beach; in just a couple minutes we were there! Nice board walk for half of the walk!
-the pool was great - nice and clean. We really enjoyed the 'neighborhood' feel
-Beth was amazing! Every time we saw her during our stay, she asked if everything was good and gave suggestions on things to see and do. She really made us feel welcomed.
Things we didn't so much love:
-the size. This is a very small condo for 4 adults and 1 child. I think it's more suited for 2 adults and their kids. The beds were so close to the wall, it was difficult to get in/out without waking the other person.
-the furniture was a bit outdated. There are nice decorations and the paint is fresh, so at first glance, this place looks updated. Once you start looking, you can see that it is outdated- ceiling fan was loud, light switches not working, dirty vents/filters etc.
-the laundry. we kept finding hair in the sheets and towels.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. There were just those few items that kept me from giving a 5. If I ever came back to the area with just me and my spouse, we would give this condo another try.
We had a lovely stay the week of the 4th of July at this condo. It was cute and homey and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again! I would also like to add the grounds are immaculate and the condo was very clean and quiet!

The beach access is absolutely the primary perk of the spot. Loved walking both to the beach and to the local restaurants. You could easily park here and not leave which (I imagine) would be a benefit during a busy season. We were there on the off season so it wasn’t an issue.
The steps in the unit were not an issue for us and the living room is nice, bright, and airy.
I will say, the porch view is not desirable, but the property is very well maintained and a nice view exists on the other side of the property.
I would return… the sunrise views from the beach are awesome.
Everything was as described. Cozy, clean condo within very easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We would stay there again but would ask for a condo on the front side facing the ocean.
Everything was excellent for our vacation. The only thing I didn't like we were not able to smoke outside on the porch we should have been made aware of that when we were told the smoking requirements
This place was SO great. A 5 minute (usually less) walk from everything you could possibly need including the beach, pool, grocery, gas, coffee, amazing seafood/pizza/ice cream. The condo itself was adorable, clean and just the right size for me, my two kids and their grandmother. It has literally everything included in the property except food but the kitchen was very well stocked. Our unit didn’t have a dishwasher which was my only criticism because when you have little kids you blow through some dishes—but that was such a small sacrifice for everything else contained within the experience. They provided toys/games/books and even had a small collection of community beach and pool toys provided. The little beach cart that was provided was a huge convenience and there is even a little sand rinsing station next to the pool gate which we made use of multiple times daily. I can’t tell you how much we loved our stay and will be back! Communication with Beth the property manager was crystal clear and she was readily accessible at all times for any needs.
Ocean Inn is exactly what our family needed. The Inn was relaxing and well maintained both interior and exteriorly. The kitchen essentials were the best. We did not want for anything. The condo was very well stocked.The location was convenient to the beach and restaurants and also Including of course our nightly ice cream runs to Ben & Jerry’s.
The property was accurately described and easy walking distance to everything. The condo had most necessary items and very clean and bright. We had wonderful weather, pleasant people and clean beaches.
This was our visit to IOP and we found this to be a great place to stay for our 6 day trip. Very close to shops, restaurants and - most importantly - the beach. The place was just the right size for our family (kids aged 5 and 7, our dog, and 2 adults) and the property had everything we needed for our stay. Actually, it had even more than we were expecting! We didn’t need to use our own supply of TP, garbage bags, cooking spray, or dish soap because there were plenty available. The property manager Beth was super friendly and helpful, and provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in IOP.
We wanted somewhere inexpensive. Nice little condo for the three of us. Dont think I would want to have any more people than that.
Only thing we didnt know is the washer/dryer is not in the condo. Its in the grounds. It was close by though. Bit of a pain as had to her quarters and only two washers and two dryers so had to keep going over to try and snag on.
