"The desk clerk couldn’t have been nicer. The problem was the height of the beds. They were at least 3 feet off the floor and very difficult for older and short people in our party to get into the bed. They had no step stools or accommodations. So beware. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the partying and fighting in the floor above me. Guess the police were called and the managers were mad about that! Seemed like dogs were fighting in the hallway or just being loud. But if the managers get mad about the police being called, I definitely don’t think they would care about it if dogs were being noisy in the hallway."
