I love the sustainability model and the app technology - everything was at your fingertips and service was in easy reach. Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights

The hotel is in a quiet street, but within walking distance to the bus station and the main shopping area of Mahebourg. While the architecture is odd in places (part of the appeal), and the street front not particularly appealing, there are great views from the roof terrace and across to Lion Mountain. Very nice and clean accommodation with a beautiful pool near the airport. The owners and their son are very helpful, drove me from and to the airport. Not much nearby but I only stayed one night while I was waiting for a flight so it was completely fine.

The location was very central and the bus stop just opposite to the property made everything easy. The owners were very kind and made my stay a comfortable one. It was difficult to find the property, but it is bang on top of the KFC. I would advise the management to have a few bold sign posts leading up to the property which will help find the place easily. Auberge de Saladier is a friendly, safe and comfortable guest house in downtown Mahebourg. The hosts Younoos and Jill were extremely friendly and helpful and a good source of information about Mauritius and the local area. It's a very relaxing environment to base yourself while spending a few days exploring Mahebourg

excellent for the Moines paid. My hostess provided a tasty local-style breakfast I ate with mountain views. i did not find local restaurants but shops are nearby, and the Host will provide coffee tea, etc on request. I took advantage of the Host's guide service and saw lots of the local area, as a taxi driver in the past he is a fountain of knowledge. Overall enjoyable, had dinner there which gave me the opportunity for conversation with other guests, a nice comfotable establishment.

Our choice of Friday Attitude was a "pot luck" choice. We had no information apart from various ratings on web sites and some of these were very limited. We stayed there 10 days and, when we return to Mauritius (we are already in the planning stage for such an event) we will stay there again. The food was varied, plentiful, and of a high quality; the staff were wonderful; and the magnificent views had to be seen to be believed.

Everything about the resort was enjoyable, relaxing and of a high standard. The room cleanliness, room comfort, can-do attitude of staff, beach/pool/snorkeling/spa/bocce/outdoor cinema facilities, the buffet food, the indian restaurant, breakfast; all of high quality. The only aspect to consider is the location. If you are looking for local nightlife, it isn't close by. You will need an all-day taxi to enjoy a different area of the island at night. The staff and management at Evazion were helpful and were attentive to our every need. Breakfast and dinner were MAURITIAN and with a homeworkers feel. The entire experience made you feel at home.
