The room was very small. Temperature was one extreme or the other requiring constant adjustment. No microwaves available in room or lobby. Staff was very helpful. Everything was clean. Complimentary amenities were thoughtful. The fragrance used in the entryway and lobby were overpowering to the point of being sickening but thankfully not present in rooms. I would recommend this hotel for the excellent location. Minutes walk from the two train stations; great restaurant, bakeries, and cheap eats nearby. Convenient drop off and pick up by uber.

The staff are very polite and efficient. We arrived early and they still checked us in and even gave us an upgrade to seaview room. The room is in good shape and clean. The only recommendation I have is to update the fitness center equipments. But overall, we are very happy with the experience.
