Property location was excellent. Walking distance to Tsim Tsa Tsui, subway stations, bus stops & Victoria Harbour. When you step out of the hotel you can find lots of restaurants & shopping areas. The location was so lively at night but very safe. Hotel was small but manageable. We enjoyed our stay here & will definitely stay here again on our next HK trip.

The staff was very nice, and the sheets and towels were clean. Sponge to wash dishes was old and had hair stuck to it, and I didn’t feel comfortable washing the dishes with it. The shower had lime scale and black mold in several areas. I didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. The rest of the room was fine. We told ourselves it was “rustic”. But the shower was definitely not clean to standards of a regular hotel or airbnb. If you bring luggage, be prepared to carry it up to the second floor, or take the (scary) staff elevator. There is a regular elevator beginning on the second floor, but be aware, as we saw people with strollers and luggage have a tough time going up to the second floor since the stairs are a bit awkward. It is in a rougher area. I appreciate the affordable option, but I would pay more for a nicer area next time in hopes that the location and cleanliness was better.

For a traditional Disney hotel it is very good. Great location for a visit to Disneyland either on a bus or walking. Great location also to the train network to go and explore other parts of Hong Kong. Staff were very nice. Hotel restaurants were good. I would say that the property itself and rooms feel a little tired and in need of a refresh compared with the other two Disney properties. Also due to it being low season the outside pool and space was closed for maintenance. Overall I think good price for a Disney property compared to pricing in the US.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. More often they went out of their way to answer questions and assist with our needs. The staff made our stay at New World Millennium over the top.
