"When we plan a trip, especially to another country, an involved house manager is key for me. Trish and her team at the Coconut House did not disappoint! Trish was extremely responsive to all of my pre trip questions (and I had a lot,) helped us pre arrange fishing, scuba, outings, and saved us when the inevitable hiccups happened. The house is beautiful, our teens all had their own bedrooms/bathrooms, and genuinely never uttered the word ‘bored.’ The dock is just as wonderful as the house, kids spent hours perfecting dives and flips, laying in the sun and watching sunsets. We saw an octopus, eagle ray, an eel, and tons of reef fish. We happily spent most of our time exploring the reefs around Treasure Beach, they are beautiful! Melvin took the boys fishing, & they came back with enough fish for the week! Kristie and Melvin cooked dinner for the first night, highly recommend that! We got to dive with Anke twice, totally personalized trips. Anke was amazing, smoothly guiding even our new diver through the experience and brought homemade treats! We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come back."

"Enjoyed our vacation to Utila. Plenty of room for our family of 6 (all adults). Tony and Jo were very easy to work with and helped with golf cart rentals and even did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived. They met us at the ferry with our golf carts and even brought our luggage to the rental for us. We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived and it was handled promptly. Would highly recommend renting this property! Utila, thanks for the memories!!"

"Reasonably good privacy with empty lots on either side and bushes around the back. Very comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed. Manager very responsive to our needs. It is on a dusty gravel road a short walk from town."

"We stayed in moon apartments family suite casa Luna. Excellent right on main drag haha there is only 8 streets…5 mins to bando beach, 15 to chepes beach. Perfectly clean right near everything you need. Great coffee across the road at the dive shop bar. Hosts were great quick to respond. Only things it could use is flashlight! Power goes out which is the way there but it gets dark at 6pm so little flashlight would be good. Highly recommend!"
