"So happy we stayed here for our week on the island!! Easy to get back and forth to the north island with Neptunes being so close and the dive boats will pick you up there as well. House looks perfectly out at the water and the screened in porch makes it so great to enjoy without mosquitoes. AC worked perfectly, everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was perfect! Fire pit gives you an opportunity to enjoy the waves at night with a drink in your hand too! Overall perfect house and we will definitely stay again for our next visit."

"It was our first time in Utila. Host met us at the ferry with golf cart rental, drove our luggage to the house. Explained everything about the property. House is immaculate, had everything you need, very clean, just like home. The view from the house worth 10 stars. I think it could get the vote for beeing nicest house on the island. We had a minor issue, but host solved it in no time. We travel a lot, different country or island every time. Utila is the safest, cleanest, friendliest island so far. Highly recommend it!"

"If you researched this far on staying and diving in the Utila Cays, stop. This is where you want to be. One of the best stay and dive vacations we have ever had. Great place to stay and personalized diving. Go for a very unique and special experience off the beaten path of Utila and Roatan scene. Your host and boat captain are two of the most genuine, experienced, and fun people to spend time with. Your faith in humanity and Caribbean diving will be restored here. "We were looking for rental property at Roatan and almost booked one... And we are so happy we didn't and ended up Rusty Breezes in Utila. We wanted property that's close to the beach but also wanted to have an option of the pool to relax, quiet and piecefull, but still not too far form "civilization"... This house has great location, off main grid, but not too remote, accessible by main road in beautiful quite neighbourhood, right across the palm park and bay with small sandy beach where you can watch beautiful sunrise. You can snorkel in the bay and see nice coral and marine life. The house is more beautiful than on the pictures, bedrooms are bright and big leading to first floor deck with pool and screened siting area. On the street side of the house is nice kitchen with all modern appliances and TV room leading to another deck overlooking garden with the view of the bay and park. Second floor has. accessible wrap around deck where you can watch beautiful sunsets. From the moment we booked it, the host (Ann) was in contact with us, she helped us with chartered flight from Roatan, many great recommendations from restaurants, snorkelling spots to rentals. The manager of the property (Lijia) was great too, she waited for us at the airport, was in touch during the stay and helped us with fishing trip and other recommendations.This is one of our favourite properties we rented. We really enjoyed the stay and loved the place. Worth every penny. We love Utila!"

"Being a little higher in elevation, open windows allowed the breezes to cool us at night. Screens on all windows were great! We loved exploring the neighborhood. Friendly and knowledgeable manager made sure we had all we needed. One glitch - on arrival my phone could not find any wifi, thus my GPS could not work, and I could not connect to the site telling the location of the house. I also couldn't remember if the manager was meeting us at the ferry or the house... We had offered to walk to the property, but it was actually much further than it looked on maps (we are both way past 70), so owners should have told us to take a pedi-cab. "
