"A fantastic find, right near the beach (only 1.5€ per adult return fare for 2 Minuit water taxi ride) shops, cafe’s, bars and local restaurants but soooo quiet. Amazing roof terraces. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a perfect stay. "

"Bruno and Ana were welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail in and around the villa was evident everywhere and there was nothing that had been overlooked. It all made for an enjoyable holiday. A lovely place to experience the Algarve weather -swimming in the pool and enjoying the fantastic views over the surroundings towards the sea. Tavira is a favourite of ours and so too is this villa.....we will definitely be back! Andrew and family"

"Lovely Apartment! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated a dining table big enough to use. We cooked every day and had great experience with the A/C keeping everything cool! Lovely water pressure in the showers. We used the terrace each day, as well. The property could use: - helpful house instructions specific to the property (washing machine, oven, outside shower) - a set of oven mitts to take anything hot OUT of the oven - a 3rd frying pan - a 2nd spatula - additional garbage sacks to...

"Owners great to communicate with and respond to any concerns. Local living, great roomy apartment. Just needs a few items added to amenities. Would definitely rent again!"

"We loved the house and location however it took (2) days of heating the house to get the chill to retreat and make it tolerable . The tile floors on the first floor retained the cold; so we retreated to the upstairs bedroom to warm up to sleep. We are sure it would be a more pleasant experience in the summer months"

"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

"La limpieza deja mucho que desear, pero en general todo, no hay menaje del hogar y lo que hay está roto, los cuchillos,etc. No hay un simple escurridor, las sartenes viejas y grasientas al igual que toda la cocina. En el salón no hay persiana, ni un simple visillo, ni toldo, ni una simple sombrilla, la parte del patio no está cerrada y pasa toda la urbanización cuando estas comiendo o cenando, las sillas de la terraza son de bar incomodísimas, y si las da el sol queman. No dejaron ni agua, ni...

"Had a lovely stay here, was situated in a beautiful courtyard with an amazing tree that provided shade from the sun , very relaxing apartment had everything I needed, the host Sophie was lovely very accommodating, would stay here again"

"This is a well-equipped clean property. It is close to downtown, while in a quiet area. We used it as a base to explore the Algarve (by car). The enclosed backyard patio is a great spot to relax. Highly recommend, and would return."
