"Staff was extremely hospitable and made you feel very welcome. House keeping kept your room as clean as the day you arrived. The property has plentiful poolside lounge chairs. Highly recommend!"

"Secrets Playa Blanca was an absolute dream! From the time we walked in! The property itself is so beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We booked the Preferred Club Junior Suite Swim Out King and we loved it so much! We didn’t try all of the restaurants but we did love the breakfast buffet and our absolute fave was Oceana!The lunch buffet was good too! Honorable mention…The Preferred breakfast! We had Demi and Angel as butlers for our room and they were so helpful and sweet! They made our stay memorable and special by setting up a beautiful hot tub experience in our room and keeping us informed on everything happening daily! Our favorite bars were the Preferred Bar and Sugar Reef! Jonathan at the Preferred bar was awesome and if he recommends a drink for you, just say Yes!! Every recommendation from Jonathan was so GOOD! The bartenders ant the Preferred bar were fun! Honorable mention, Rendezvous bar! The vibe and views were amazing! Angel with the entertainment team was so fun! My husband played in a Ping Pong Tournament hosted by him and we had a great time! Overall we relaxed, ate, and drannkkk our way through an amazing time celebrating our 10 year Anniversary! Secrets Playa Blanca will absolutely see us again!"

"We had an amazing vacation at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres! 🌴☀️ The resort was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters, and escape from everyday life. One of the highlights of our trip was a day tour to Isla Mujeres on a catamaran! ⛵🌊 We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views, the stunning Caribbean waters, and the unforgettable experience of exploring this beautiful island. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. We made so many wonderful memories and truly enjoyed our stay. Costa Mujeres is a beautiful destination, and we would definitely love to come back again! ❤️🌴"

"Spacious and clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice linens. Fully stocked fridge and snacks in the room. Food was delicious at all of the restaurants, however sometimes frustrating having to make reservations for dinner."

"Rest & relaxation was the goal. Came here with my friends celebrating a birthday. I had a superior room with partial ocean view king bed. Room was spacious and clean, only complaint is the noise above my closet, not sure if it was the ac unit but its very loud. They have plenty of events throughout the day to participate. Good for families with kids. We hung around the pool and beach throughout the day and definitely took advantage of the all inclusive food and drinks. I recommend booking your dinner reservations the day you arrive because we were told it can get booked. Being the foodie that our group was after couple days you kind of get the feel that all the restaurants serve pretty much the same food as the buffet with just slight differences. Food I would rate as okay given that its basically AYCE. We did not travel outside the resort only because we didn't want to spend the time and money to taking a taxi into town-around 30 min drive one way into town. We were only staying 3 nights so for us we wanted to just stay inside the resort and utilize what they had to offer. Overall service/staff I would rate 10 out of 10. Location depends on what kind of vacation your shooting for. Costa Mujeres is not close to town so if your goal is to party stay closer to Hotel area. Food I would have to rate 7 out of 10. The hibachi dinner was the best & 2nd would be the steakhouse. I enjoyed my stay here, but likely try another resort next time I am in Cancun."
