"The cleaning was superb especially with the two daily cleanings. Staff are very friendly. Food offerings were ok but nothing special. The fact that some restaurants are not for the family package but for the adult package is very limiting. So although having 9 restaurants, only one option is available for breakfast and it is the same everyday no changes. Also wine should be limited to certain areas not everywhere even in rooms and in the middle of the reception since this is not advertised as "adult only". I would prefer to spend money on real services instead od spe ding on wine for ppl who drink million times a day. Wine should be an additional charge on the main package and not letus pay for it."

"We need more information upon arrival need to know more about restaurants hours of hours and we need something. That’s not only on a QR code but more like a visual besides that everything was great. Love the place. I love the people that worked there in blaze are very helpful and at the end, we really enjoy our stay at Sls playa mujeres ."

"Loved my stay at Garza Blanca in Cancun, the pools are big and very cleaned, rooms well cleaned and maintained, all the staff was amazing, loved the food everything taste good, the dinner at The restaurants was amazing also we did the walking tour to el Meco zona arqueológica. Was a beautiful place to visit, can’t remember our guide tour name but he was amazing, about all the knowledge."

"My wife and I travel to resorts at least once a year expecting to spend ~$2.6k/head, but we splurged (~double) on this one for our honeymoon. We stayed at this one for 6 days/nights. Here's our honest review of this property. Service/Staff, 5/5: Unparalleled. We had access through WhatsApp to a personal butler that would help us with property information, events, and restaurant reservations. Never had a better service experience. Food, 2.5/5: We are not picky eaters; we have quite international palates. However, for the price we paid, the food was severely lacking quality. While it was possible to find gems of certain items at the restaurants, there was an inconsistency across dishes; meat being over/under-cooked was common. The best plate of pasta we had on the trip was at the airport as we left to go home. Entertainment/Events, 4/5: Great diversity of things to do at the resort included in your stay. Night life was an earlier crowd which is good if you're 30+. Accommodations, 5/5: We took the ocean-front view room with an outdoor hot tub. It was a clean room stocked with many of the things you'd expect to need and more. Obviously you'd end up with a different experience depending on your suite tier. No complaints here. Outdoors, 4/5: The main pool had a lot of debris in it at times and shade was a commodity, but this wasn't a deal breaker for us. We didn't explore the other pools much as the main pool's swim-up bar was our lifeline."

"Tout est superbe, beau site récent, employés toujours souriant et aidant , infrastructures top, chambres spacieuses et grand balcons. Resort juste assez grand mais pas trop, très près de la mer. Activités juste assez. Grande salle de spectacle. Ma seule « critique »: les complications à réserver une table dans un des restos lorsque vous êtes en groupe(nous étions 13) et les réponses contradictoires des employés sur la possibilité de réserver ou pas (certains vous disent d’aller en ligne, d’autres de vous pointer le soir même en espérant qu’il y ait de la place … ) . Au final on a réussi à souper au steakhouse (réservé à l’accue, décevant) et au japonais (booker en personne soir même , avec obligation d’acheter 2 bouteilles de vin … avec le show teppenyaki ça valait la peine!"

"Beautiful resort with an easy to learn layout! Loved the multiple pools and activities to do through out the week! Experience team is top notch! Luigi, Mario, Christian, Maria and Janet were fabulous! Foam party and wave rider were a blast! We also enjoyed Paint and Sip where we made beautiful hats which was a nice change from the normal canvas we have done before! We also enjoyed bowling and the Silent party Food was great Jasson and Antonio at the breakfast buffet were great and Evely and Emily at the lunch buffet were so sweet and welcoming! Viridana and Jose at Margaritas were spectacular! Jonathan at Pez Dama and Freddi at the steakhouse were great and accommodating to our group of five! Main Pool Bartender was Jassiel!!! He made the absolute BEST drinks and always anticipated what we wanted next! Bettyna, Carlos and Salvador made our poolside experience amazing always laughing and joking, proving quick service and making us feel like family!"
