"We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. On the night before we were to arrive we received a response saying they overbooked and we would receive a full refund. WE WERE TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!! We had no place to go!!!! We called VRBO to inform them of our dilemma. They said they would try to help find another place. We quickly found our own...
