Named after the famous writer Matilde Serao, who used to own the place, this amazing villa is located in the island of Ischia just 15 mins walk from its main seaport.
The villa has hosted countless famous and influential guests - all captivated by the unparalleled panoramic views that stretch before them. Hidden away in two and a half hectares of beautifully-maintained gardens, you can reach the house through helicopter, boat or just walking from the town, enjoying complete privacy during your stay.
As you wander among the gardens, you’ll pass by a picturesque open sea view and a romantic balcony overlooking the bay, shaded pathways lead to sunkissed bathing spots - you’ll find yourself getting lost in the grounds on warm summer days.
A glimmering swimming pool beckons you to take a cooling dip. Nearby, a private finnish sauna has everything you need to fully unwind.
The dreamy vistas of Villa Searo are matched by its opulent interior: vaulted ceilings, and traditional arched windows add a touch of classic elegance, while plush furnishings offer exceptional comfort throughout. All four bedrooms enjoy private ensuite bathrooms and gorgeous views.
A wonderful choice for family holidays or celebrating a special occasion, you will be enchanted by this unique home from the moment you arrive.
Events can be arranged in the garden as well as special Italian dinners prepared by a qualified chef or wine tastings under the buganville.
Useful information:
Daily cleaning does NOT include towel change.
The porter for the suitcases can be used only once at check-in and only once at check-out, for further needs the service will be subject to a fee.
Extra paid services:
-Extra kitchen cleaning: €100
-Use of the laundry upon request;
-Extra transfer service on request from the port to the villa in Tender;
-Private Boat Transfer on request starting from € 150 with 48 hours notice;
-Change of linen and towels €150 (on request);
-The change of linen is once a week;
-The sauna can only be used between 8:00 and 20:00.
CITY TAX: 2,00 € per person per night to pay at check-in.

A damage deposit of 1000,00 € is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after an inspection of the property.
