Amazing cliffside location overlooking the harbour and iconic Arogonese Castle. Plentiful continental breakfast buffet with a fine selection of fruits, cereals, coffee refills and homemade cakes and pastries. A great base to explore the island with regular bus and taxi boats stopping right by the hotel. Bar and restaurant also on site.

nonostante la prenotazione di due camere superior vista mare, confermate telefonicamente per maggio sicurezza, all'arrivo il gestore, con modi scortesi, ci assegnava due minuscole camere,tanto che in una il balcone, con affaccio interno, non si poteva aprire perchè urtava il letto, e l'altra con un abbaiono cieco. alle nosrte rimostranze rispondeva di aver sbagliato la prenotazione e di non avere altre disponibilità, negando anche la possibvilità di rimborso. Chiaramenente abbaiamo lasciato l'hotel ed iniziato una contesatzione

Esperienza da dimenticare

Abbiamo prenotato l’hotel per trascorrese una notte romantica essendo il nostro anniversario Arrivati li ci dicono prima che non c’era Alcuna stanza disponibile pur avendo effettuato una prenotazione valida, poi ci comunicano di aver ceduto la stanza e non avere più disponibilità. Il proprietario ci dice di avere una dependanze dove ci fa accompagnare ma questa si rivela non altro che la casa privata di una signora, sua conoscente. A questo punto, considerato l’imbarazzo e l’estremo disagio, insistiamo sulla ricerca di altra soluzione ma il proprietario continua a rifiutarsi lasciandoci ormai alle 23,00 per strada ad Ischia. A qusto punto Insistendo affinchè ci trovassero una collocazione consona il proprietario non solo si rifiutava di cercarla ma ci ha obbligato a trovarcela da noi fregandosene palesemente del danno arrecatoci. ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE E SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO POSTO.

Albergo carino con vista sul mare e sul castello

Da subito abbiamo trovato la disponibilità del proprietario, e cmq il personale é molto gentile. Camere carine e pulite e struttura carina, con camere con vista spettacolare e terrazzo panoramico. Consiglio

Horrible!! Hôtel à déconseiller.

Hôtel à éviter!! Chambre très mal insonorisée. La climatisation marche seulement à partir de 23h et il faut que quelqu'un vienne vous importuner tard la nuit. Notre chambre était un four! On ouvrait la fênetre pour faire entrer l'air mais on entendait le bruit des voitures/motos/gens. Propreté de chambre est à revoir. Les servillettes de la salle de bain étaient dures comme un carton et non répasées. Petit déjeuner très basique et avec des produits industriels bas de gamme. L'eau du jacuzzi était d'un vert presque douteux. Personnel ne parlant que l'italian. Hôtel qui mériterait seulement une étoile. Seul point positif: la vue.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 28 al 30 luglio ed è stato fantastico. La camera pulita, l'unica pecca era il wifi. La vista dalla camera era straordinaria e il mare è proprio giù all'albergo Il cibo ottimo. Sicuramente da ritornare

OK Hotel.

Aircondition only works in one of our two rooms. Daytime service was perfect, but it was hard to get the nightwatch to help with aircondition. The system is also set at timer between 2300 and 0700 so the rooms where very hot in evening. You can take watertaxi to the beach and city from next hotel.

Disappointed

The air conditioning did not work in the room, there supposed to be free WiFi but I was not given any info about any WiFi. The room was very basic. The bathroom was very old. However, both were clean. The breakfast was poor: some fruit, bread and juice in a plastic cup. I finally got a cup of tea, but the staff acted as if I'd asked for something unreasonable. During breakfast the staff stood around the bar and talked, ignoring all guests. I felt unwelcome the entire time I was at the hotel. I was there during the summer, high season, so the room was not inexpensive.

Un 4 giusto per la location

La pulizia delle camere era nella norma. Apparte un grosso problema di formiche (anche nelle lenzuola) e di zanzare. La notte ne volavano almeno 5/6 in camera da letto, porto le cicatrici sul corpo dalle bolle come ricordo di Ischia La colazione era sotto le aspettative. Troppo dolce di qualità da discount e niente salato.

Personale gentile, ma lentissimo e disorganizzato ai tavoli. Camera piccolissima per 4 ospiti, con aria condizionata "ad ore", davvero incredibile, per giunta manca un pur piccolo frigo! Cucina e posizione uniche note positive. Non ci ritorneremo, però. 3 stelle da migliorare.

Non ci torneremo mai più e non lo consigliamo a ne

La struttura potrebbe essere meravigliosa x la splendida location e il panorama ma il fatto che l'aria condizionata non era gestibile dalla camera ma era centralizzata e funzionante solo un paio d'ore al giono in giornate di tale afa ha reso la permanenza in stanza a dir poco impossibile (non si è riusciti a dormire di notte) poi per fare la doccia ci siamo dovuti servire dell'ausilio di bottiglie vuote al momento riempite perchè il getto era praticamente inesistente (un filino d'acqua soltanto) il personale non qualificato mi ha versato tutto il cappuccino della colazione sul tavolo nel piattino su cui era poggiata la tazza inzuppando anche la bustina di zucchero che vi era poggiata e non mi è stato detto nulla ne mi è stato proposto di rimediare (allucinante) abbiamo prenotato il servizio navetta che non è mai arrivato ed un altro giorno alle ore 9:30 del mattino ci è stato riferito che il barcaiolo che avrebbe dovuto accompagnarci alla spiaggia stava ancora dormendo ...in fine ci hanno inserito nel conto una bottiglia d'acqua presa in hotel una sera e già pagata a chi ce l'ha servita sul momento!

Arriver au port personne pour venir nous chercher obliger de prendre un taxi ! arriver sur les lieux on nous propose un autre hôtel ?? nous sommes rester au Ninféa, personnel ne parlant pas français ,après très belle vu !!!!!!! cadre de l'hôtel pouvant allez, chambre propre ,petite douche avec les portes ou on avait du mal à ouvrir et à fermer et pas de rangement ou tablette pour pouvoir ranger les produits .1+ serviette changer tout les jours !! gros problème de clim qui est juste sur horaire !!!!!(14h16/ 19h21h/minuit 7h ) donc chaleur insoutenable !!!!!! ,wi fi temps d' heure fixé par l 'hôtel un vacarme entre les portes de chambres qui claque ,gens qui parlent plus que FORT + circulation incessante de scooter et voiture (étant pourtant une impasse !) eau du jacuzzi jaune !! avec odeur désagréable !!! sale quoi ,déjeuné... 1semaine les mêmes gâteaux ! mais convenable ,restauration bonne faite maison !! vu sur la mer ,ville a 5km possibilité de ce faire emmener par un membre du personnel mais payant .

Stayed for 2 nights in September, lovely food excellent breakfast, beautiful location- steps down to the sea, really close to the castle! Limited English access - be sure to memorize simple phrases for booking, otherwise excellent, friendly staff

Soddisfatti dell'ubicazione e delle ormai note capacità del personale locale, sempre disponibile e ben educato, ma del tutto inadeguate le strutture, anche se i prezzi praticati in realtà sono in linea con la scarsa qualità delle strutture, che tra l'altro non sempre rispondono alle foto pubblicate o, come nel nostro caso, erano addirittura in altri immobili.. comunque l'ubicazione è spettacolare ed il panorama da urlo. giudizio generale appena sufficiente.

Tolle Aussicht

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Bushaltestelle und traumhafte Aussicht. Der sogenannte Pool entpuppte sich als eine Art von Whirpool für max 2 Leute, die dort im Sitzen Platz nehmen konnten. Privatstrand ? Stimmt nicht. Der Strand ist tagsüber für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich - wenn es nur ein Strand wäre ! Über die Terrasse des Hotels kommt man stufenweise an allerlei unaufgeräumten Platformen nach unten, bis man über eine Eisentreffe und einen Eisensteg zu einem Felsen kommt. Dort muss man über eine kleine Leiter mehr oder weniger in das Wasser gelangen und wieder raus klettern. Es gibt also nur einen Zugang zum Meer. Die Lage ist sehr schön, aber es ist kein Strand, soweit ich das definieren kann. Der Strand von Cartaromana ist nur per Boot erreichbar, das € 3,00 kostet (einfache Fahrt, denke ich mal...) Zimmer war sehr sauber aber für Superior zu klein - höchstens 16-18 qm.Das Bad / Dusche bräuchte eine Renovierung. Abfluß Waschbecken lief langsam ab; die Armturen etc. ziemlich abgenutzt. Wirklich schade: denn die Lage ist einfach einmalig !
