The open concept consisting of kitchen, dining room, livingroom and upper family room in loft allows for family togetherness without being on top of each other. The bedrooms are spacious and designed for comfort. The view from the livingroom and back deck is beyond description. Just like in the movies, there are winding wooden steps leading down the hill to the dunes and community private beach area. Of special note, a bottle of wine was waiting for us at check in. The house is a short drive from local vineyards, breweries, Montauk and beaches. Definitely recommend you put this property on your 'must-do' list!spacious w"
