"Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay "
"Room was very noisy due to traffic. Toilet leaked. Chair was broken.
Advertised that there was a dining room - no dining room available.
Welcome pack was appreciated. "
