"After reading some bad reviews I was a little sceptical about here but to my delight I was very happy n amazed at the lodge we stayed in very clean had everything needed. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help in anyway. The toilets - well i walked in said "wow" best toilets iv seen anywhere. "Stopped for just one night, check in was okay. We had a room on the 3rd floor, the lift only goes as far as the 2nd, so worth noting if you struggle with stairs. Our room was at the rear of the property, so the 'view" was of the poorly maintained properties sof which sadly there are plenty in Scarborough so not fantastic. Room was sufficient for one night, bathroom was modern with a walk in rain shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices of fruit, cereal and pastries. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was from a hot counter, freshly cooked would have been so much nicer."
