This hotel has a music bar on first floor which open until 2am. The window is also not in one piece, but like blinders, so pretty noisy, especially with construction now

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.
Our room was wonderful and roomy, however I was disappointed and surprised that there was no hair dyer or microwave in the room.
