"Fresh hot breakfast, nice room, big king bed, shower was VERY hot and burned my scalp (it was hard to control/adjust, in my opinion, and the shower head pivoted by itself and rained scalding hot water on my head). I tried to laugh it off though as I enjoyed everything else. "

I called for an hour. There’s no option to leave a voice message or anything, and I still haven’t received my money back."
