DO NOT RENT -- Listing is owned by somebody besides the listed owner
I booked this listing a month in advance, and never was reached out to by the host. I ended up reaching out to the host eventually, but never received a response from either my text chats or calling the provided phone number. Upon arrival, another person was living there, with two dogs that kept barking. The person living at the house was not there, but we were able to talk to the next door neighbor, who was in the garage. The neighbor told us that the house had been sold, and that the listed owner did not even own the house anymore. DO NOT rent this property. I will be avoiding the owner completely as well, and Vrbo completely if I do not recieve a refund (which is not looking likely, as their customer service line has hung up on me twice before I can even talk to them).
