"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"The room was spacious and had a private open air bath. Amenities, laundry, and luggage storage can be found in the lobby. They offer a breakfast buffet that had plenty of vegetables and steak available daily. The staff was pleasant and it felt like a quiet area in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel."
