"Great property within close proximity to both Disney Parks. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after back to back Disney days. There is a complementary shuttle to the monorail station (across the street) and the train station which was very convenient. The walk from the monorail station wasn’t bad either (5-7 minutes). Overall great value and a great location. "

"Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita. "

"The staff are amazing and exceptionally helpful. It is generously staffed with friendly greeters at the main door, and a person stationed at the elevators to help call the next lift.
The rooms are relatively spacious, with thoughtful layouts, and self care amenities that are replaced daily. I've yet to have a bad stay at this property. "

The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The resort grounds were stunning—immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to play and explore.
What stood out most was how family-friendly the resort is. From activities for the kids to helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, it really made for a stress-free and memorable holiday.
