Susan is a great host. This was comfortably the best property we’ve stayed in. She has thought of pretty much everything. The beds are supremely comfortable, great living room, excellent garden - which can be fully enclosed if you’re travelling with a pooch. Daviot is a great location for exploring in and around Inverness. 10 mins or so to the city centre, 10-15 mins to Culloden, 45 mins to Aviemore.

Just wonderful!

Our stay at the "Old Police House" was fantastic! The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to cook meals in. The location was also great - nice and quiet, but close to so many things for sightseeing around Inverness. Communication and coordination leading up to the rental was also very smooth and easy. We didn't want to leave and definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable home base from which to explore the area.

Beautiful accommodations and host.

Susan, our host, has given a lot of thought about comfort for her guests. She is amazing, and helped us after we were in a car accident. The home is tastefully appointed and in a serene location near Inverness. I would highly recommend staying here. I particularly liked the first floor walk-in shower, and having a working washer and dryer was very nice.helpful.

Excellent find for our family. It was clean, and very comfortable. Showers were powerful, beds were very comfortable. Susan was so helpful salting the driveway as it had snowed over night- very magical. Would highly recommend this place and hope to return again.

Inverness Police Cottage Review

Excellent property with great value for money. Very clean, more than enough room, location is close enough to Inverness (< 15 mins) but enough in country for quiet. Sue is a super host and very helpful.
