Our ground-floor Garden Flat is located in a quiet residential area, with the tranquil River Coiltie flowing right through the back garden, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Renovated to a high standard, the flat has a modern walk-in shower, a brand-new kitchen, and new flooring throughout. We've thoughtfully decorated the space to create a cozy, home-away-from-home atmosphere.
The flat accommodates up to 6 guests, though it is best suited for 4. The spacious main bedroom has a double bed for two adults, while a second, smaller room has a bunk bed perfect for two children. The living room also features a convertible double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the living room and watch a Netflix movie on an HDTV. You'll be within easy walking distance of the village's key attractions, including the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre and the Must-see Urquhart Castle. Everything you need is nearby, with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and a petrol station just a short stroll away.
Getting Around Drumnadrochit is a popular and convenient hub for exploring the Highlands. We are just 12 miles from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, and located directly on the main route to the Isle of Skye.
From your doorstep, you can easily reach: Walking Distance: Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle, the Great Glen Way, and Glen Affric hiking routes.
1-2 Hours Drive: Fort William for Ben Nevis, Glen Coe, the Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, various 'Outlander' filming sites, and numerous whisky distilleries. Guest Access

Right on a beautiful creek. A little hard to find but once you get there it is in a really great location. It has a lot of DVDs and things to do. I would recommend
Lovely studio in town very clean, lots of videos or books to entertain. Small creek in the back for kids to play. Highly recommend for traveling family looking to stay in the area.
Great spot, perfect for a quick stay for a family of 4
This flat was perfect for our family - having bunk beds for the kids was a huge bonus. The space was super clean and everything we needed was there. As others have mentioned, the wifi was spotty so don't expect to use it as a place to work remotely, but if that's not one of your needs this might be ideal.
We have been to stay here twice now. We love the location. Great hikes, quiet, nature all around. I wish there was a dryer for our clothes. We use the washing machine, but it is usually raining outside or cloudy, so the clothes don't dry. Other than that we love the cozy space and the river just outisde the door. Thank you! Just right for our needs in the Highlands...
Very nicely appointed, modernized ground floor flat. Everything was updated and high quality. We had to rearrange our stay and Stewart was friendly and quick to respond. The flat was better than the photos portrayed which is always a nice surprise. The little creek at the end of the drive was an added bonus.
This flat was great overall and had everything we needed but we couldn't use the back bedroom with the bunk beds for our kids as it was freezing upon arrival and doesn't warm up very quickly. We were able to utilize the couch sofa so it worked out.
Alles wunderbar! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, ansprechbar und haben uns jederzeit einen schönen Aufenthalt bereitet. Sogar mit einer kleinen Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgruß. Wir hatten super Ferien und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.
Das süße kleine Appartment ist gut zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Check-in und Check-Out hat ebenfalls bestens geklappt. Es gab Unmengen an Büchern und DVDs. Der einzige Abzug unserer Bewertung sehen wir an der Ausstattung der Küche. Wir waren nur für eine anacht da, deshalb war es ausreichend. Aber wenn wir ordentlich kochen hätten wollen, wären wir an Grenzen der Ausstattung gestoßen.
