About this property
Private Riverside Balcony Apartment with a great view
- Comfortable apartment with a great view across the River Coltie. The apartment is over 2 floors and has a private balcony with seating area and gas BBQ for use by guests. It is 300m from a great pub that serves meals all day with a Co-Op just around the corner. It is well positioned to explore Loch Ness as well as for day trips to the west and east coasts of Scotland.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single room with 2 bunks and a sofa bed in the living area that will sleep 2. The shower room is quite small but clean and functional. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are supplied to help accommodate infants. The kitchen has all you need to cook with a full range of equipment along with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The living area includes a 43" smart TV with Netflix. The apartment includes 1 onsite parking space. Please note that there is a security camera at the entrance to the property for the safety of our property and our guests.
