Eastgate Centre is on the doorstep, the River Ness a short stroll down the High Street and some of Inverness' finest pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
Permit provided for on street parking and there is an enclosed outdoor patio area with fantastic views across the Inverness vista.
The property comes with Unlimited high speed Wi-fi, X-Box 1 with a small games Library, 49 inch 4k Tv in the living area plus a 28 inch HD TV in bedroom 1. A DVD player and DVD Library in the main living area.
Tea, coffee and a welcome basket is provided upon arrival.


Layout

You enter Brae Cottage into an entrance vestible leading to stairs and on the left a Lounge/Dining area and separate Kitchen and Utility.
The stairs lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom contains a shower in bath. At the top of the stairs is the door to the back patio area.


Sleeping Arrangements

2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds suitable for both adults and children. Please note that the bunk beds have been manufacturer safety checked to 17 stone per bunk. The manufacturer recommends that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
Sleeps additional child under 2 in Travel cot.


Local Area

The cottage is situated at the end of Stephens street at the start of the pedestrianised town centre area with many restaurants and the river Ness. Across the road from the cottage is a walkway into East gate shopping centre which consists of many shops and cafe's. The Cottage is also located at the edge of the popular crown area and is 200m to two outstanding pubs in Crown and 800m to an excellent children's park. This really is an exceptional location for anyone staying in Inverness.


Getting there

From the bus or train Station
Exit bus or train Station and head towards Academy Street. Turn left at Academy Street and walk up to the traffic lights at Falcon Square. Cross the road and walk up Inglis Street then turn left on to Eastgate. Walk along Eastgate (the shopping centre is on your left) and vear to the right onto Stephen's Brae. You will pass Girvans, Fig and Thistle and Little Italy Restaurants on your right before reaching Brae Cottage at the top of the Brae on the right.
By Car
Driving in from Millburn Roundabout on to Millburn Road turn left at the traffic lights at Eastgate Centre on to Crown Road. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout on to Crown Circus. Take your 1st right on to Crown Avenue and follow the road round until you see Velocity Cafe. Turn right on to Stephens Street. Brae Cottage is on your left before you reach the pedestrianised area.

Unfortunately due to having upstairs bedrooms, Brae Cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
