3 Bedroom Bungalow... Home from home! Close to city centre. Free parking!

  • Spacious 3 Bedroomed Bungalow in a quiet cul de sac in the City of Inverness. Property has a front and side garden, a secluded back garden with a patio set. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Smart TV, with Netflix included and Full Fibre Broadband installed. Supermarkets within a 2 minute drive... Only 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk from the City Centre. Bus stop within 300m of the property, with frequent buses running to the centre of town and the retail parks.

    High levels of cleanliness maintained at all times. Good quality bed linen and towels provided.

    Washing machine and detergent provided. Free standing airer and retractable washing line for wet laundry.

    Iron and ironing board in cupboard, 2 hair dryers available.

    Kitchen is well equipped, cleaning materials provided, dishwasher(tablets provided), kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil and bin liners stocked. Tea/coffee and sugar stocked also, as are condiments.
    Breakfast pack on arrival, including bread, milk, butter, jams, cereals and biscuits.

    Bathroom has a shower and a bath.
    Hand wash, hand lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner provided

    Within walking distance from children's park (300m), local shops within 0.5km and a 5 minute drive from the city centre.... Which can also be reached on foot within 20mins.

    Please ensure that the MAXIMUM number of occupants for this property is 6... this INCLUDES infants within this number... as per my local licensing law, and for safety and fire risk reasons... please ensure this is adhered to or you will risk having to find alternative accomodation.

Great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in Inverness (5 people including kids). The house was great and the hosts were very communicative and responsive! The hosts provided lots of information about places to eat and activities around the area and the neighborhood has a small park and playground within walking distance which was a big bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay in Inverness was greatly enhanced by our stay here. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood and just a very nice place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were very quick to reply to all our questions. If we were to come back this would be the place we would want.

Perfect location near Inverness

The home was a perfect fit for our group of 5. The home definitely had noticeable upgrades. We were able to do our laundry and dry it out on the line in the back yard. We cooked in one evening and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood RIGHT out of center Inverness.

The bungalow was very well presented, beautifully clean and perfect for our family of five. We had a wonderful stay here. It was a great location for touring the Highlands. Andrew was a great host. Always quick to answer questions. If you have first choice of bedroom, choose the back bedroom as it has blackout drapes that come in handy when the sun is up at 4:00am!!! The provided breakfast items were very much appreciated!!!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This was the end of a two week stay all over Scotland. When I originally booked the property it was because it was listed as accessible. The owner did have to make some changes to the front entry which required the installation of two steps into the unit. I was contacted 5 months in advance and advised of the change. We decided it would be OK and kept the reservation. We had no problem with the interior accessibility. We found the home to be adequate for our needs, with a large bathroom with a seperate tub and shower. There is a large, well stocked kitchen and three bedrooms. Our only concern was the wood floors were β€œsqueaky” which made it hard to use the bathroom quietly in the middle of the night! Overall, I would highly recommend this home as it is close to the downtown area as well as the airport. The communication with the owners was outstanding!

Was a lovely house very clean but was not disabled friendly as i was led to believe, i sat on the bench outside front door and fell as it was in desperate need of repair at the back door the wooden rail was unsafe and wobbly which was very concerning to me and guests as i dont have much mobility and it was the only area for smoking, the hall and doorways weren't adapted for my zimmer frame and made it very difficult for me to move around and caused a lot of pain and discomfort for me.I also broght to his attention the bathroom was not disabled friendly at all there were no grab rails the shower had no disability seat resulting in two out of three of us not getting a shower for three days I brought my concerns to andrew (
