Great Location
Easy walk to the beach and shops. Overall the stay was comfortable. Could do with a corner lamp in the lounge. The shower needed to be be cleaned better.

Quality stay and brilliant location
Such a beautiful property and an amazing location. Everything was high quality and really well maintained. We had everything we needed. So close to the beach, shops and walking trails. We absolutely loved our time here - the perfect getaway - it was peaceful and relaxing and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Sails at Inverloch
The only issue I found with this property was that it was a n reasonably busy road for a small coastal town like Inverloch. It has a great bed and is well-equipped. A good choice for the area.

Enjoyable stay at Sails 2
Property was lovely and clean, well presented, comfortable bed, nice linen and towel and nice size for a couple. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One minor issue was that the bathroom basin didn’t have hot water and some cushions for the table chairs would be nice.

Great location!
Great little unit for a well deserved holiday. Location right across the beach, easy walking distance to town. Well equipped home. Only wish that pets were allowed our little Westie would have loved this place.

Great Location
Great location, close to shops and restaurant's and beach. Found the road in front very busy and quite noisy. other than that would recommend.

Perfect location
First time visitor to the area and very impressed. This accomodation was in an ideal location, walking distance to the local shops and right across the road from the beach. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will stay here again for sure.

Awesome location and everything but one thing
I’d happily give this wonderful one bedroom cottage 5 stars as it was everything we hoped for. Clean, enough space, crisp white sheets, powerful hot showers. The only down point was that when we arrived the whole place smelled strongly of mould. I’m very sensitive to mould but my husband isn’t and even he said it was really quite bad. We opened every window and door and it improved but after closing it up to eat out (awesome pizza at The Bayside Lady) the smell had mostly returned. I called the staff from the agency and asked them to come and smell it themselves which they did and left an air freshener. Nice of them it but won’t kill mould. We stayed and aired the place a lot. If it wasn’t for the mould I’d happily return. The place is lovely. Beach right across from your back door. There is a bit of noise from the road but being so close to town that’s to be expected. We loved our visit to Inverloch. Thank you!

Great accomodation in excellent location.
We liked everything about about our unit at Sails. It was bright, roomy, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent, just a short walk to shops and cafes and right across tge road from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Get away from lock down!

Lovely Weekend Getaway!
My partner and I decided to go on a little 2 night getaway by the beachside and stumbled upon this place. The staff organising our stay were very lovely and accommodating, even when we requested a later checkout due to an unexpected conference call. The location was a very short walk from the beach and town centre, the place itself was very cute, clean and affordable! We will be returning here again!

A little piece of quiet
Nice and close to the town. Only a short walk. Easy access across the road to a nice quiet beach. Very quiet and peaceful.

The property was lovely and location close to all amenities. However our experience was marred by the management processes. No information was provided to enable payment of the outstanding balance after we had paid the deposit. We had to follow up Alex Scott for the payment details after they had sent several emails seeking final payment. Details should have been sent in the initial acceptance of booking. A major concern was the need to sign an agreement to enable them to deduct any money from our credit card if required without any limitations or constraints. When we arrived to pick the key up, an hour after the designated time, the key was not there.

We request credit card details instead of a bond, just like some hotels request you scan your card, we hold credit card information to ensure that the owners of the properties have some security. We would never take money from a credit card without having contact with you first, this too is written in the agreement. Our apologies about the key, we had received a new key for the bbq and wanted to ensure that it was working for your arrival. Great break
We had a wonderful stay thank you. Just a couple of things to mention: the beautiful big windows and sliding door glass looking out to the gardens, street and across to the ocean were so filthy dirty it was hard to see out, such a shame when that is such a feature. I understand they would be hard to keep clean, but this is such a major feature, keep them clean! Also we had a very windy night Saturday and all night we were kept awake by the trees bashing and scraping on the iron roof, really load, they just need pruning please. We will be back but would appreciate someone looking at these issues. Thanks
