Like everywhere, it seems, would benefit from an extra member of staff. Not much happens in the village but there is a decent cafe, a good ice cream shop, and a well-stocked shop. "

"This was a pleasant surprise on my last night in the UK. I'd had no luck finding a place in Inverness near the airport and settled here instead. The single room was plenty big for me, the ensuite was a nice touch, and the pub downstairs had surprisingly good food when I was too tired to go back out. The location is great, 15 minutes on a straight shot to the airport, and walkable to the beach. The staff at the bar were all friendly and helpful, and walked me through using the car park, wifi,...

"Very pleasant staff and the hotel bar and restaurant was really great service "

"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"Fantastic trips out to Loch Ness, Culloden, Inverness Walking history tour, wildlife boat trip from Cromarty, Aviemore, Dunrobin Castle and my favourite Skara Brae day trip on The Orkneys. Also saw The Northern Lights. Home inside is immaculate, fantastic views of Cromarty Firth and a nice pub down the road for an evening meal."

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "
