I asked to change the room to my original books, the hotel staff refuses to change because fully booking without room to change.Next day I found one room with 2 bed checked out and I asked to change, the hotel staff still refuse me. "Couldn’t have picked anywhere better to stay in Tokyo. There’s a 24 hour 711 opposite the hotel, it’s in a quiet area & right next to a train station. Trust me after doing 20000 steps you’ll appreciate having a hotel right next to a train station so you don’t have to do a one last killer walk to your hotel. The staff were very kind & helpful. There were also lots of amenities. "
