"I requested to be put in the fourth floor so I would Not be hindered by the renovation when I made my reservation. I even paid more to not be in the renovation area and I was told that they did not have a room on that floor upon arrival. I was put on the second floor. Carpet had sticky spot that my foot stuck to and shower rod had been broken previously so the curtain would not stay closed while I showered. Otherwise it was an acceptable room. "

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this VRBO and can’t recommend it enough!The house is truly fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchens were a standout stocked with every pan, utensil, and tool you’d need to cook authentic Louisiana meals, which made our experience even more special.The living spaces were perfect for both relaxing and having fun. Whether we were unwinding after a long day or playing games together, there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.The owners were fantastic, responsive, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond by offering great local suggestions that really helped make our trip unforgettable.The location was ideal and centrally located, making it easy to explore so many different activities within about an hour. We were able to enjoy experiences like airboat swamp tours, bowfishing, and more without long travel times. Plus, there’s a great grocery store just about 15 minutes away, which made stocking up super convenient.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room that wasn't considered a single room??? I probably won't stay there again."

"Staff and breakfast did not disappoint however many of the outlets in room were not working, particularly the ones on lamps at bedside. Seems like the hotel could use a bit of remodeling/facelift. "

"The house was perfect! We had a small problem getting the door unlocked but the host and her co-host were on top of it. They answered the phone immediately and it onlu took them about 10 minutes to resolve the problem. I would recommend this house to anyone but especially someone who is looking for a quiet area."

"The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment."
