"We stayed five nights and had an overall pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and like that the hotel is a new hotel. The staff is very friendly and check-in was fast. Parking is safe and the hotel is located in a convenient area, feet away from a cafe restaurant and a pharmacy. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and coffee/water/tea is available 24 hrs. I will definitely stay again at this hotel if I travel to any of it's locations. "

"I loved the centrality of the hotel. The rooftop view of the main plaza. My king size bed was super cosy with all the pillow options. Marlén was super helpful and immediately responsive. She was able to get us in touch with a Tequila tour at Casa Lou which was absolutely fabulous! I look forward to my next stay!"
