"The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Although the road in is a bit of a challenge, we did not mond, we liked the somewhat remote location. It keeps the place low key and relaxing. The beach is beautiful, we did not even mind that it was too rough to swim. The restaurant has a great view and the food was great. It will be a go to place of we return to Panama."

"Everything was fantastic, my host Joan was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making my experience in Bocas great. I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which I’m grateful for and got to be in the over water bungalows. The food was delicious, especially the lobster!! The staff, location… I reiterate, everything! "While there is no beach on site, we had plenty to do. We truly enjoyed nature and the magical jungle within the hotel. This was our second visit and definitely coming back. The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. "
