"Room needs updating carpet and several things were not in good working order"

"The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available."

"On checking in, the very sweet staff member whose name I can’t remember, was so kind!! She heard it was my first trip to Europe and upgraded our room to make sure we had an Eiffel Tower view. The rooms are small, but it’s Paris! Who’s spending that much time in room anyway? The location turned out to be a litt farther than we had hoped for some of the things we wanted to do, but a train station hub across the street really helped. I would stay at a citizen M again. "

"Hotel situate in Bd. Saint Michel, near by RER B Luxembourg, it’s easy to arrive. Hotel is under construction, but room is clear and perfect. The lady who helps me check in is kindly. I enjoy my stay."
