"The room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding but the tub shower combo was not great. There was very little hot water in the shower. For the price the room should have a smart tv. "

"I feel like the pictures are very flattering for this hotel. Besides the breakfast area it’s quite modern and bland. The porch photos also make it seem like you have a nice view - I had a view of an alley way… it’s well located and comfortable though. "

"This property is expensive and out dated. No USB charging points. No smart TV. 4 .50 CHF for a pod coffee in the dining area. Lake view from room restricted to hanging head out bathroom window between buildings. Room was warm, pillows dreadful. This property is not 6 minutes from station as advertised on whatif but 20 minutes uphill from train station or 48 CHF in taxi. Very dissappointing."

"Room is clean but it lacks useful things such as a fridge and a kettle for some tea and coffee. Staff is very helpful. Shuttle service is excellent. Ate at the restaurant in the evening. You pay a high price for a very small portion of commercial food. Restaurant is not recommended. In my opinion its a tourist trap. "
