"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "We had a pleasant stay at the apartment overall. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well located and we enjoyed our holiday. The only issue we experienced was on our arrival as we arrived on a Saturday evening and there wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water provided in the apartment. As the local shops were already closed on a Saturday evening and remained closed on Sunday. It was quite inconvenient for us, especially after travelling."

"We selected this hotel instead of Hotel Esplanade for its modern design. The hotel has a sleek style, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nice bathroom. Check in was easy and staff were helpful upon check in. However, sleep was difficult, as the air conditioner temperature was not adjuatable even though the control showed otherwise; it was too warm. We also had mosquitos in the room and we had to hunt them down. Parking is extra 30 euro. Hair dryer requires special instruction. Next time we will probably stay at the Esplanade."
