"Leider hat der Check in Computer nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir uns durch eine Hotline kämpfen, bis wir den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war ok, leider doch es im Bad nach altem Rauch. Direkt nach unserer Abfahrt kam dann eine Mail mit einer Rechnung, die wir innerhalb ..."

"Location was the main driver and didn’t disappoint. All was good except the lack of air-con, which I would expect in a hotel of this class. I was given a fan but this was of little use. Room size etc was good"

"The first morning we woke up we had no power due to them working on some equipment elsewhere in the building. Lady at the front desk didn't seem to care too much, but we had power within 35 minutes.
