  • Located at the foot of the grand cru vineyard florimont, Marie Thérèse and André welcome you with pleasure in their cottage, air-conditioned, quiet surrounded by the inevitable villages and medieval castles Colmar, 3 km. Kaysersberg, Eguisheimplus (beautiful villages of France), close to shops and walks in the vineyards or surrounding hills. (50m) Fenced and private green space, located on the terrace close to nature. Wine tasting, free, visit the winery at an independent winegrower, living room, dining room, separate kitchen, fully equipped bathroom with shower type balnéo, two wc 1 separate.,washing machine. Two bedrooms .one with a bed 160/200 and one with two beds 90/190 Dog or cat nice and clean accepted .forfait household 35 € sheets and towels provided. Free and secure parking
      (door closed at night.) In winter, a wood stove is at your disposal (wood provided) free electricity, up to 8 kw. Day charges included Sheets and towels provided. Wifi access. Arrived preferably on Saturday (no tax of stay)

Idéalement situé

Appartement bien agencé, doté de tout le nécessaire, beaucoup de vaisselle, rangements dans les 2 chambres. Lumineux. Idéalement situé pour visiter tous les villages connus alentours. Grand Leclerc à 5mn en voiture. Voiture garee dans la cour interieure qui est fermée chaque soir. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. A noter, pas recommandé pour personne à mobilité reduite du fait des marches pour accéder au niveau du jardin et de l'appartement. Jardin tres aimé par notre minette. La climatisation est très appreciable à cette saison. Bref, une bonne adresse à conserver !

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, très bon rapport qualité/prix. André est un hôte très disponible avec lequel nous avons beaucoup échangé. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Der Weinabend war für uns alle sehr lustig und schön.Natürlich haben wir auch diesen guten Wein gekauft.Ich beurteile das Haus mit 7 Personen,was ich nicht als Haus sondern eher als Ferienwohnung beschreiben würde.Hatten leider nicht den Ausblick auf die Weinberge, wie beschrieben.Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön und groß.Die Gegend ist hier sehr schön,wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sur les photos on a l'impression que c'est une maison en fait elle est construite au-dessus d'une grange. Donc pas de plain pied : 15 marches difficiles pour y accéder. Elle donne sur une cour partagée avec 2 autres gites où les voitures stationnent. Loin de la belle image des vignes.
