Retour d'expérience d'une famille de 7 personnes

Nous avons été un peu surpris par la propreté de la location (sols, poussière, oreillers). Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, le propriétaire nous a expliqué que la femme de ménage habituelle était en vacances. Malgré le paiement de la prestation ménage pour la fin de notre séjour, nous nous sommes vus (dès notre arrivée !!) annoncer qu'il allait falloir aider pour le ménage final. Pour le reste des points négatifs, le compteur électrique est plafonné très bas : impossible d'aspirer en faisant une lessive, ou de laver le linge en faisant tourner le lave vaisselle. Le Wifi était coupé la nuit sans explication. Pour les points positifs : le gérant est aimable, le village est joli, on y trouve des commerçants de proximité de qualité (boucherie, boulangeries...) et de nombreux sites touristiques peu éloignés. La maison est assez grande pour 7 personnes, et les deux salles de bains et toilettes sont vraiment appréciables pour un groupe. La place de parking dans la cour intérieure est également un gros point positif.

Verouderd appartement en inrichting

De gastheer was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement was niet schoon. De vloer kraakt als je er over loopt. Is vooral ‘s nachts erg vervelend. Badkamers waren niet schoon en er was regelmatig ‘s morgens geen warm water. Teveel apparaten aan, bv magnetron en vaatwasser, dan valt de stroom uit. Na 23 uur valt wifi uit tot 7 uur ‘‘s morgens. Verder is de ligging prima vlakbij Colmar en midden in een prachtige regio waardoor je overal vlakbij bent. De wijnproeverij was prima en de wijn was goede kwalliteit.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Familie Andre Schwindenhammer ist sehr nett und ihr Wein schmeckt hervorragend. Die Gegend rund her rum ist sehr schön, vor allen Dingen, die vielen kleinen Städtchen mit den tollen Fachwerkhäusern, Türmen und Stadtmauern. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gîte agréable, conforme au descriptif

très bon accueil du propriétaire. Chambres spacieuses mais accès un peu difficile pour celles dans les combles (escalier en colimaçon). Nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour prendre nos repas. Gîte bien situé à proximité de Colmar et du centre du village. Dégustation des vins locaux chez la fille du propriétaire est un plus !
