Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and free high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer.

Kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. Gardening is Wednesdays or Thursdays and sometimes Friday or Saturday depending on schedule.

Bachelor Party Golf Trip

This house was everything we expected and more. It’s located in a great neighborhood right on the water and conveniently located close to Acrisure Arena so you can catch a Firebird game. It’s was very clean and had all of amenities we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. We would totally recommend this house to any one looking for a great getaway in the desert.

Best in Show! Author - I'm Type A personality, perfectionist, very clean and very tidy. We're regular VRBO customers, generally selecting upscale resort properties, and this will be the first "Best of Show" review we've given. Qualifier - After careful review of the Amenities and price point Value, we selected this Terra Lago home over (6) others. This Review was based on (3) criteria which I always use to judge: Quality, Cleanliness, Ambiance Quality - All the amenities from the Kitchen to the Bedding are high quality and more than completely stocked with all the supplies you'll need. Most everything is very close to new, i.e. dishes, pans, BBQ, higher end furniture. This was a fantastic start for what's to follow. Cleanliness - I could not find a dirty spot inside or outside this house. Very impressive for such a large property to keep maintained in a pristine condition. Then, equipped with everything you need to keep it clean during your visit. Even the garage was spotless. I'm one to pick up a crumb off the floor. NO CRUMBS anywhere. Who does that! Ambiance - Then lastly, with Quality and Cleanliness in remarkable condition, I then take the time to study the Ambiance of the property during a stay. Does it really "Feel Good." My final and most important critique. From floor plan, ease of use, openness, sunlight and bright, comfort of the furniture, to the west sun exposure on a larger footprint of the lake and new Kayaks. Remarkable "Feel Good" home.

Lovely place from EV charging in garage to pool/jacuzzi in backyard.

Great for kids and adults. Pool table, shuffleboard and arcade games were great too. Owner even brought new umbrellas when he heard there was no shade area in the backyard for those sensitive to the sun! Only complaint (dropping from 5 to 4 stars) was instructions for pool/jacuzzi transition is too vague. Therefore took many messages to host to get accurate process. Thankfully, host replied promptly to our request for more clarity on the pool/jacuzzi transition process. Improving those instructions will minimize future confusion/frustration. We had 2 sets of parents and 6 adult children/girlfriends from 21-28 yr. Kayaks were also a hit! Would recommend!
