"This property has a breathtaking view and is in the perfect location—close to stores and just minutes from the beaches.Fritz, the host, was amazing! The island had just gone through a major storm the day before we arrived, and despite the circumstances, Fritz was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. He even offered us an extra day to make up for any inconvenience, which was so thoughtful and appreciated.I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this...

"Reception by Rakeem at the front desk was exceptional. On checking into the room I noticed that the balcony door was not locked and could not be locked. It was reported to the front desk and maintenance had to be dispatched to check the door. After checking the door he remarked that this is so high (floor 5). I DID NOT CARE FOR THE ATTITUDE. The maintenance technician left and returned with a manual latch which he installed. It was a minor inconvenience however it was appreciated as I was vacationing with my 9yo child and safety is a high priority for me. The bartender at the cantina paradiso on the 21st 22nd and 23rd july 2026 was very rude. The lady bartender at the swim up bar on the 23rd July 2026 was also impolite. The bathroom sink was not draining properly. There was mildew in the bathroom. Dinner at Jing's on the 22nd jul 2026 was awful and inedible. My son ordered the sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles. I ordered the beef with white rice, the beef was overcooked and the rice was undercooked. Dinner at the Village Tavern on the 23rd july 2026 was an unwelcomed experience. There were 2 cockroaches on the table. I killed 1 using a napkin and showed it to the waitress who said it was too small to be a cockroach. My son and I left as we both lost our appetite. The location is perfect as the beach was amazing. The mini golf was a lovely addition. My son was disappointed that he could not do the rock climbing as there is an age requirement which is 12+."
