Me and my husband was on the 14th floor, the room was excellent, staff was amazing and the property was wonderful!!! We are at the restaurant Conners and it was amazing! Great stay overall!

Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown
The rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities were nice as well. The valet was not worth it and charging for parking was outrageous. The breakfast buffet was not expected. We ended up going out to eat. All employees were very friendly!

Staff was friendly. Room was VERY spacious, esp for a single. Amenities were ok. Refrigerator was annoying bc the compartment it was stored in was too small. Otherwise very happy w my stay!
