"No view of the pool or ocean. The pool wasnt even heated and was too cold to swim in. The kids were so disappointed with being unable to swim in the ocean with it being so cold and too strong and then not even being able to use the pool. There was no hot tub either. The breakfast was overpriced and so bland. It was our first time in St. Augustine and will be our last with this experience. "

"Right from the beginning the gentleman, who I assume was the manager was speaking so respectful and nice to his staff and they showed respect back. Very impressed by that! He then was so nice as he checked us in. Very nice and comfortable room. We think they have been renovating. New floors and pain. Not a lot furniture in room, but for one night it was fine. Would stay there again. "

"Beautiful hotel directly on the beach, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Only gripe was when we returned late we had no towels at all and no body wash in the shower, but would stay again if in the area. "

"The room doesn’t have facial tissues. TV hasn’t been set up for watching, nowhere for us to hang our clothes. "

"Very nice family staff! Very safe. So close to beautiful undeveloped beach of Anastasia State Park!! Very short walk to pier, restaurants, and beach. The family that runs this place are so kind and the husband was so helpful with my noise complaint about spring breakers and asked them to move their music to the pool area so I could sleep. They also have adorable little bulldog that I love!! Next to circle K for everything breakfast and they have good coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, microwave, and fridge in room. Publix food store is close by with good sushi and subs. The fridge fit all my food, beer, and a gallon of milk. The beds were very clean and the tub spotless! The maids were sweet and gave me privacy for my 5 night stay, refreshing towels and taking trash but leaving me alone otherwise. The rates were better than anything on all of A1A. Best local food at Osteens just five minutes drive to see the bridge of Lions and eat spicy local Minorcan chowder! Loved it and can’t wait to come back!! "
