"The place is nice. A couple of small criticisms; it feels slightly unfinished. Still some loose baseboards throughout the house and construction debris in garage. A fair amount of weekend construction on the neighboring property. This feels transitional and I suspect will be resolved. I would stay here again, but felt that the pricing was a little aggressive."

"My stay was even better than I anticipated! I felt right at home with the comfortable accommodations and full-service kitchen that had everything I needed to cook. Dave is a really responsive host and is very much a part of the local community, which makes it easier to get to know the owner and the regulars at the tavern just steps away from the property. The view of the lake was incredible, especially at dawn and dusk, and it was a great place to see all kinds of migratory birds!"

"Cute place right off of the lake! Definitely ideal if you plan to do fishing in the area. Stayed for a weekend getaway and it was quiet minus the boat landing, the occasional train going by and general traffic. Overall inside was very cute and made it feel like a farmhouse cabin. Definitely would stay here again but this time I’m bringing more friends!"

"This place is amazing. The location is prime to go into Voyageurs in no time at all, but you barely need to with the location of the property. Secluded in a private bay that protects from any wind or noise, just a couple of fishing boats floating by on occasion. The interior is really decked out from the perfect north woods decor to the quick internet and multiple large areas for people to hang out. The one thing that would make it even more perfect would be a sauna!"

"The place had everything you need inside the home for cooking, have all sorts of games if yhe weather is unfavorable. Outside has great deck space plenty of outdoor seating and the vies are awsome. "
