"Staff was friendly, property was clean, food in the restaurant (dinner) was delicious. The shuttle is difficult to locate (Air Tran to P3, specific location) and claims to run every 1/2 hour but we waited longer both times. "

"Room was clean, quiet but needs updating.Lamp broken, faucet leaking. Food was good, need more staff.Only 1 server for dining area. Airport shuttle was huge disappointment and misleading. Goes to a parking area and then you need to take air train to terminal so it’s a “parking “shuttle not an airport shuttle. That forced me to take an Uber."

"Staff had a terrible attitude when i checked in, did not inform me that breakfast and parking were extra costs, even though the listing makes it appear as though this service is available with the booking. They did not put enough towels in the room for my party of four and when I called the desk they told me they dont have overnight housekeeping. No garbage bins in the room either. The beds were very small, barely able to fit 2 average sized people. Would not stay here again, overall unwelcoming feeling."

"I had a stressful experience at check-in. I had just arrived from Korea and realized I didn’t have the credit card I normally use in the U.S. The staff member repeatedly said the card was required, so I had to open and search through two large suitcases at the front desk. Later, I was told that I could complete a credit card authorization form by email instead. If this option had been explained from the beginning, it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. The staff member was also quite blunt and impersonal throughout the interaction."
